Paignton Branch are holding a Scrumptious Full Works Cream Tea at the Grosvenor Hotel, Belgrave Road, Torquay

from 2 to 5 pm.

Having enjoyed something similar at one of their sister hotels I would strongly advise you only peck at your mid day meal to leave ample room for scones, cream & jam etc.
